Stanley Dancer (Stanley Dancer Keystone Ore)

Unquestionably one of the greatest trainers and drivers in harness racing history. When the name “Stanley Dancer” appeared on the night’s program, you were both awed and in fear. At the height of his amazing career, Dancer rarely drove a horse that wasn't ready to win, whether from his own barn or as a catch drive for another stable. Roosevelt Raceway leading driver several times. First raced at Roosevelt Raceway in 1949.
