Fairfax Station, VA --- RR Trotting/Roosevelt Raceway Hall of Fame has announced that starting in October they will be producing a monthly online newsletter that will center on the people, horses, and races that were part of the world capital of harness racing -- Roosevelt Raceway.
The newsletter will tell stories about the life and times of some of the greatest names in harness racing. Who can forget the time when in the fog a driver pulled his horse up on the backside and than waited until he heard the race and than re-entered the race in front of the field and won the race only having raced a half-mile.
We have hundreds of stories to share. We will also have a then and now section describing what some of the RR stars are doing today.
Anyone who wishes to subscribe to the newsletter or wishes to share their stories or would like to advertise in the newsletter should contact Fred Hudson at fh@rrtrotting.com or call 703.622.5140.
Information will be posted at www.rrtrotting.com.
